Can guinea pigs eat oranges?

The RSPCA lists citrus fruits among foods guinea pigs shouldn’t eat. NC State advises against oranges because of the sugar; bell peppers are a better vitamin C source.

Good to know: Some sources allow a small piece of orange (Woodgreen, Blue Cross); we decide cautiously. Never lemons or limes.
