Can rabbits eat radishes?
RWAF lists radishes as suitable, but like other non-leafy vegetables they should be a smaller part of the fresh food. RWAF counts radish tops among the excellent leafy greens.
How to serve it: washed, a few slices; the tops rotated with other greens
Good to know: The Royal Veterinary College lists radish tops too. Because of their oxalic acid, the House Rabbit Society advises rotating them with other greens.
Questions
Can rabbits eat radishes every day?
No, only now and then and in small amounts.
Can guinea pigs eat radishes?
Yes, but only a little. The Royal Veterinary College lists radishes, plant and tops included, among plants that are safe for guinea pigs. Root vegetables should only be a small share, though (TVT).
