Can dogs eat Brussels sprouts?
AKC says cooked Brussels sprouts are fine for dogs, but even small amounts can cause flatulence. Raw sprouts are too hard to digest; start with half to one sprout, then no more than three per serving (AKC).
How to serve it: steamed or boiled until soft, unseasoned, no sauce; trim most of the stem
Good to know: Too many can cause an upset stomach and diarrhea (AKC). PDSA and RSPCA list plain boiled or steamed Brussels sprouts as suitable.
