Can rabbits eat Swiss chard?
RWAF generally doesn’t recommend Swiss chard because of its oxalate content and its potential to upset digestion. The House Rabbit Society allows it in rotation with other greens, so we err on the side of caution.

Questions
Can guinea pigs eat Swiss chard?
Yes, but only a little. PDSA and the Royal Veterinary College list Swiss chard as a suitable vegetable, and the Swiss animal welfare society names it too. NC State rates it very high in oxalate, though, so rotate it in smaller amounts.
