Can guinea pigs eat corn?
The Royal Veterinary College lists corn and baby corn among safe plants for guinea pigs, with the leaves and plant to be fed sparingly. PDSA names baby corn on the cob among suitable vegetables.
How to serve it: fresh, a small piece
Good to know: Dried corn is a different matter: the University of Florida advises avoiding pellets with added corn, and indoor guinea pigs don’t need grain feed (Swiss animal welfare society).
