Can horses eat raisins?
Yes, but only a little: horses can eat raisins. Rutgers lists raisins among treats that are perfectly acceptable in limited amounts. According to CliniTox, raisins are more than 40% sugar, so we suggest only a few.
How to serve it: just a few
Good to know: Raisins are toxic to dogs. CliniTox (University of Zurich) says so for dogs, not for horses.
