Can hamsters eat oats?
Yes, but only a little: hamsters can eat oats. The German Animal Welfare Federation and the Swiss animal welfare society (STS) count rolled oats as part of a good seed mix for hamsters. That mix should contain no sugar. We found no source recommending oats as a separate treat.
