Can dogs eat raclette?
Better not: dogs shouldn’t eat raclette. Raclette is melted, fatty cheese, often with bacon. PDSA says a dog that has just eaten high-fat food such as cheese has a higher risk of pancreatitis, and bacon counts too (Pet Poison Helpline). Onion and garlic from the pan are toxic (Dogs Trust).
Good to know: No expert source covers a raclette meal for dogs by name; this applies to its ingredients. Wine never belongs in the bowl (Dogs Trust), and pickles are very high in sodium (AKC).

Questions
Can dogs eat raclette cheese?
AKC says a small piece of cheese is fine if it has no onion, garlic or chives. But raclette cheese is high in fat, and too much cheese can lead to weight gain and pancreatitis (AKC). It’s better not to give leftovers from the pan.
My dog ate raclette. What should I do?
If there was onion, garlic or wine, call your vet or an emergency vet clinic right away, even if your dog seems fine. If it was only cheese, watch him: with vomiting, diarrhea, belly pain or a poor appetite, go to your vet quickly (PDSA).
Are the fumes from a raclette grill dangerous?
Not for dogs, according to the German Federal Chamber of Veterinarians, but they are for birds: fumes from hot nonstick pans are toxic to birds, but not to mammals. If you have a bird, use the grill in another room.
