Can budgies eat honey?
Better not: budgies shouldn’t eat honey. The German Animal Welfare Federation says budgies shouldn’t get treat sticks made with honey or sugar at all, and Purdue advises against sugar entirely. The RSPCA mentions honey only as a trick to get parrots to try new food, so we err on the side of caution.
