Can budgies eat pasta?
Yes, but only a little: budgies can eat pasta. Purdue counts pasta in the grain group, which should be no more than half the diet. It also lists cooked pasta as an easy food for sick birds. The AAV mentions pasta a bird already enjoys as a way to introduce new food.
How to serve it: cooked, no salt or sauce, a small piece
Good to know: We found no bird source on uncooked pasta.
