Can chinchillas eat rose hips?

Yes, but only dried and a little: chinchillas can eat rose hips. Germany’s Veterinary Association for Animal Welfare (TVT) names dried rose hips as a suitable occasional treat. PDSA suggests one piece now and then, and Woodgreen also lists dried rose hip as an occasional treat.
