Can hamsters eat honey?
Better not: hamsters shouldn’t eat honey. Woodgreen says honey-based treats are unnecessary and can be harmful. Blue Cross advises against treat sticks containing honey or molasses, and Germany’s Veterinary Association for Animal Welfare (TVT) calls sugar, molasses and honey harmful to health.
